Currently the owner has consolidated all 3 properties together to make one large property (2420 Townline, 2310 Townline Road and 2780 Townline Rd). Tom would like the address to be 2420 Townline Rd. I had a nice meeting just before Christmas with my client FNF Enterprises Incorporated, Tom Straus and with your team Bob Bjerke and Hardy Bromberg regarding a large project with 2 phases that we wanted to skip preapp site plan and submit straight to site plan for Phase 1due to tight occupancy dates of tenants.
What this kind of application is
Site plan review is a technical review by city staff of how a building sits on its lot: layout, parking, driveways, landscaping, grading and servicing. There is usually no public meeting.
