Description
The applicant is requesting the following minor variances from Zoning By-law 150-85 to facilitate the construction a 45m² (484.38 ft²) detached garage: 1. A second access driveway whereas the by-law only permits one driveway, 2. An accessory structure with a height of 5.2 m (17.06 ft.) whereas the maximum height is 4.5 m (14.76 ft.), and 3. A minimum interior side yard of 0.6 m (1.97 ft.) whereas the by-law requires a minimum of 1.2 m (3.94 ft.) for an interior side yard setback for an accessory building in the front yard. The subject property is Heritage Listed and the Municipal Heritage Advisory Committee (MHAC) accepted the Heritage Impact Assessment at the October 9, 2019 MHAC meeting.
