Description
The existing building houses a data centre and warehouse of a combined 29,550.52 sq m with 69 surface parking spaces exist on site. The warehouse is to be converted to data centre use. Subject Lands currently house electrical, cooling, and computer equipment, alongside operations and customer support spaces. The existing accesses, driveways, and building locations will remain, as will the 69 parking-space provisions. Additionally, a total of five loading spaces will be provided. A demolition of the existing two storey office addition at the northeast corner of the building is proposed, reducing the gross floor area to 29,080 sq m. New power and cooling equipment will be installed as shown on the site plan which removes deferred ¿potential parking¿ from SP37/19. Minor variances to reduce required parking and loading spaces have been applied for under separate submission which were heard and approved at the July 10th Committee of Adjustment hearing (A60/24)
