Description
Fusion Homes is proposing a low and medium density condominium community, and through multiple conversations with Planning Staff, agreed to submit for a Building Permit with a separate Minor Site Plan (this application) focusing solely on the Model Home to introduce the temporary sales center within the garage due to the nature of its use as well as temporary parking, with up to 6 parking spaces, on adjacent lot. Remainder of site will continue to work through a formal Site Plan Application in coming months. The intents of the Model Home are to launch community sales in early 2025 and continue to bring attainable new housing within the City of Cambridge. Permit was obtained on November 13, 2024 and currently under construction.
