Description
TO BE REMOVED THREE YEARS FROM ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMIT The applicant is requesting a minor variance from Zoning By-law 150-85 to permit two 350 m² (3,767 ft²) temporary sales offices on the subject property. Section 2.1.12 of the zoning by-law permits temporary sales offices for the sale of lots and dwellings on a construction site or in a plan of subdivision during which the construction of new buildings is taking place. The applicant is requesting the sales office to be located off of the approved subdivision lands referred to as Cambridge West. The property contains lands regulated by the Grand River Conservation Authority.
