Description
Zoning N1R5- An addition is proposed at the northern and western perimeters of the existing church building and a covered garbage area is proposed on the eastern perimeter. The existing parking areas located north and east of the church building will be upgraded and extended. New concrete sidewalks are added as required. Access driveways to the sites are upgraded and adjusted. Zoning R6- Existing single family dwelling to be demolished and replaced by two single family dwellings. A Zoning Amendment Application has been submitted to re-zone existing lots to allow for abovementioned development.
