Description
OPA+ZBA to permit outdoor storage in IP Park Phase 1 South (south of Boychuk Drive). Restriction was imposed due to concerns regarding visibility from Highway 8. There lands are not visible from the highway as westbound visibility is blocked by geographic feature (esker) and eastbound visibility is blocked by multiple lanes of traffic, median/barrier and vegetation.
