Description
We are looking to make minor changes to the existing site plan which has already been approved by the City. The changes we are looking to implement involve eliminating the circle symbol and replacing it with additional parking spaces (landscape items removed from that area will be moved to other areas of the site); keep a small porch instead of removing it; and modifying the amount of decorative concrete near the front of the building to create more accessible parking spaces.
What this kind of application is
A redline revision changes a plan of subdivision that already has draft approval, such as moving lot lines or a road.
